Welcome to my website

I am a health and labor economist and currently a Principal Researcher at Mathematica, where I focus on the evaluation of health policies and programs. My academic research is on the labor market effects of health and health insurance, long-term care, and the opioid crisis. I am also a co-editor at the European Journal of Health Economics. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor at the University of Georgia and at Queen’s University. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Mannheim and my PhD from Yale University.
